Precast Concrete Plant - Mongolia

Background:
NCD Precon LLC was founded in 2020. The company mainly produces prefabricated buildings for industry, commercial and residential use. The portfolio is rounded off by building products such as prestressed concrete hollow core slabs, core insulated concrete panels, ready-mixed concrete, light weight thermo-profile steel frames, portable toilets and various prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
In June 2022, NCD Precon purchased an older, shut down precast concrete plant. MAX-truder was contracted to support the entire process of refurbishment and re-commissioning. During several visits, MAX-truder experts repaired and upgraded several plant sections and commissioned the entire plant. At the same time, they successfully trained the mongolian engineers and plant operators, tested concrete and recipes. The integrated plant for the production of prestressed concrete hollow core slabs was also successfully overhauled and put back into operation.
