The maxclean ensures thorough cleaning of production beds, combined with an environmentally friendly, economical and precisely controlled application of release agent. At the same time, tension wires are efficiently laid out – perfectly coordinated for a smooth process. This allows otherwise labor-intensive preparation tasks to be completed quickly, easily and with minimal effort.

The maxclean 3:1 integrates:

  • Mechanical cleaning of the casting bed surface and rails
  • Simultaneous pulling of multiple prestressing wires
  • Uniform, controlled release agent application

This process integration significantly reduces cycle times and ensures reproducible results. The powerful brush systems reliably remove residues. At the end of the casting bed, the loosened material can be easily collected and disposed of. The release agent is applied precisely via adjustable nozzles – evenly, economically and environmentally friendly.

The maxclean 4:1 vacuum bed cleaner sets a new standard in bed preparation with its powerful and efficient multi-step process. Three high-powered brushes thoroughly clean the casting bed and rails, while an advanced suction system captures all residues, including fine dust, in one pass. The casting bed is then evenly coated with release agent in an eco-friendly, cost-effective manner. Additionally, stressing wires are automatically extracted during the process, ensuring seamless operations. maxclean 4:1 optimises efficiency, reduces downtime and enhances overall productivity.
