At the end of the casting bed, the loosened material can be easily collected and disposed of. The maxclean 4:1 vacuum bed cleaner sets a new standard in bed preparation with its powerful and efficient multi-step process. Three high-powered brushes thoroughly clean the casting bed and rails, while an advanced suction system captures all residues, including fine dust, in one pass. The casting bed is then evenly coated with release agent in an eco-friendly, cost-effective manner. Additionally, stressing wires are automatically extracted during the process, ensuring seamless operations. maxclean 4:1 optimises efficiency, reduces downtime and enhances overall productivity.
