Vessam Prefabrik relies on MAX-truder production technology
We are proud to share a project recently completed at Vessam Prefabrik and would like to thank the Vessam team for their trust and constructive cooperation throughout the project.
Vessam Prefabrik is a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Türkiye, supplying a wide range of precast concrete elements for demanding construction projects.
The newly implemented production concept enables the manufacture of wall panels and prestressed hollowcore slabs up to 40 cm on a single, modular platform.
Fast unit changes in under 15 minutes provide a high level of flexibility in production planning, allowing Vessam to respond quickly to different projects and cross-sections.
What defines this production concept:
- Wide product range on one line – wall panels and prestressed hollowcore slabs up to 40 cm
- High flexibility – unit changeovers completed in under 15 minutes
- Consistent high concrete quality
- Efficient output – curing times of less than six hours enable production within the same shift
The project was implemented together with our local representative in Türkiye, Fatih Değer, representing Tanjant Makine ve Endüstriyel Yapı, who closely supervised the project and serves as the central point of contact in Türkiye.
