Vessam Prefabrik relies on MAX-truder production technology

Vessam Prefabrik, a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Türkiye, has invested in a new production line and chosen MAX-truder machinery. The project was implemented and supported together with our local representative in Türkiye, Fatih Değer, representing Tanjant Makine ve Endüstriyel Yapı, who closely supervised the project and serves as the central point of contact in Türkiye.

This investment marks more than the installation of a new line. It represents a technological shift towards modern, flexible and efficient production processes based on the MAX-truder standard.

Wide product range on a single production line

The new production line enables the manufacture of a wide range of precast concrete elements, from wall panels to prestressed hollowcore slabs with a construction height of up to 40 cm. The entire production process is based on a modular platform, as is typical for MAX-truder extruder and slipformer technology. 

A key advantage is the extremely fast unit change. Changeovers are completed in under 15 minutes, ensuring maximum flexibility in production planning and allowing Vessam to respond quickly to different projects and cross-sections.

High concrete quality through optimised compaction

The integrated compactor system of the MAX-truder line combines vibration and pressing force. This results in dense, homogeneous and high-strength concrete, which significantly improves the quality and durability of the hollowcore slabs.

With a curing time of less than six hours, the line is ready for production again within the same shift, clearly increasing overall plant output.

Modular machine concept for maximum flexibility

MAX-truder technology is based on a consistent plug-and-play principle, from the power unit to the compaction module. This modular design enables fast set-up times, simplifies maintenance and makes the production line scalable in the long term.

The result: Vessam can produce a wide variety of geometries and cross-sections on a single machine. At the same time, the system reduces cement consumption by up to 10 percent, lowering operating costs and reducing environmental impact.
